Leveraging a custom-built application from Infoshape Software, Victorian Finance was able to substantially increase the visibility and action needed of all open loans to every member of their workforce. The application, branded as Mortgage Tracker by Victorian Finance, integrated with their loan origination software giving a real-time view of all the loans as they were being updated in individual files in the loan origination software. Mortgage Tracker was taylored to follow Victorian Finances procedures and workflow allowing additional tracking of workload, performance, quality, documents and milestones. Based on Victorian Finances rules, the application would generate and assign tasks required for each loan assuring it progressed to close on time without issue.
